Rising Number of Wealthy Indians Applying for US EB-5 Investor Visa

The US has seen a 150% increase in the number of applications for EB-5 visas from India over the past few years. The EB-5 US immigrant investor program requires applicants to invest $1 million in the US in enterprises that employ at least 10 full-time US workers. The scheme is becoming increasingly popular with high net worth Indians who believe America can offer high-quality tertiary education to their children.
