Chinese Investment in Overseas Properties Sees Strong Growth

More Chinese nationals are investing in overseas property as the Chinese Renminbi gains greater acceptance worldwide. Figures for 2014 show that Chinese investment in overseas property increased by 25% to US$10.1 billion, with demand set to grow as more high-net-worth Chinese seek to immigrate. The United States was the most popular destination among Chinese investors, followed by the UK and Australia.
