- Apply through the initial application criteria for leave to remain if the applicant is in the UK and, within the 12 months immediately preceding the date of application, the applicant has not held
- Entry clearance, or

- Leave to remain as Tier 1 (Investor) migrant or investor
- Apply through extension application criteria for entry clearance if the applicant is not in the UK and, within the 12 months immediately preceding the date of application, the applicant held
- Leave to enter, or
- Leave to remain as Tier 1 (Investor) migrant or investor
- Apply through extension application criteria for further leave to remain if the applicant is in the UK and, within the 12 months immediately preceding the date of application, the applicant has or was recently granted
- Entry clearance, or
- Leave to enter, or
- Leave to remain as Tier 1 (Investor) migrant or investor
- Apply for the visa if the applicant is applying for entry clearance into the UK and apply for switching of status if the applicant is applying from within the UK and are seeking further leave to remain in the country.
- If studying in the UK with sponsorship by a Government or International scholarship agency, the applicant must provide the sponsor’s consent as well.
- Submit all documents proving compliance with visa issuance requirements.
