British High Commissioner to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, Victoria Dean, has said the UK has “serious security concerns” with St. Kitts’ CBI program, and that the UK government is considering imposing a visa requirement on citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis as a result. Mark Brantley, St. Kitts Minister of Foreign Affairs, has moved to reassure citizens and foreign partners of the government’s commitment to transparency and security in the CBI scheme.
