Spain Extends Benefits of Investment Immigration Scheme

Spain has extended the benefits its investment immigration scheme, with residence permits now also granted to the investor’s parents and children – adults as well as minors. Until now, only the spouse and minor children would qualify for residence permits. Foreigners investing over €500,000 in real estate, public debt, or businesses in Spain automatically qualify for permanent residency.
