Iranian Immigrant Investors Condemn Canadian Restrictions

A hundred Iranian immigrant investors have appealed to Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister to approve their applications which have been held up for up to two years due to the economic sanctions imposed against Iran. Under the sanctions, Iranian nationals are not allowed to transfer money from Iran to Canada without a permit.
