Foreign Investment Falls Despite Booming Property Market in Cyprus

Foreign investment in Cyprus’ property market has recorded a sharp drop despite overall growth in the sector. The fall is reported to be due to the negative publicity surrounding incidents of fraud related to Cyprus’ investment immigration schemes involving brokers selling properties at exorbitant rates to Chinese buyers.
