Dominica Promotes Citizenship by Investment Scheme

The Commonwealth of Dominica is attracting foreign investors with its newly launched Citizenship By Investment Unit through which applicants can gain citizenship by paying as little as $100,000. Dominica runs the second oldest citizenship program in the world, and imposes no capital gains, estate or death taxes, no restrictions on repatriation of funds, and no taxes on income earned by non-tax residents.
