You can access it\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gov.pe.ca\/forms\/pdf\/2889.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">here<\/a>.<br \/>\nThere is no application fee and a candidate\u2019s completion of the form is viewed as an expression of interest in immigrating to PEI.<br \/>\nProvincial officials say they will only contact candidates deemed worth pursuing.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Prince Edward Island Labour Impact Category<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1) Skilled Worker Stream<\/strong><br \/>\nThis employer driven stream allows skilled workers with an employment offer in PEI to be nominated for Canadian Permanent residence if they meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A full time employment offer from a Prince Edward Island business in an occupation classified as skill level \u201c0\u201d, \u201cA\u201d or \u201cB\u201d of the National Occupational Classification (NOC);<\/li>\n<li>Completion of a post-secondary education, with a minimum of 14 years of formal education;<\/li>\n<li>Between 21 and 55 years of age;<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of full time work experience in the past 5 years;<\/li>\n<li>Sufficient proficiency in English or French to occupy the employment offered;<\/li>\n<li>Sufficient settlement funds;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated intention to settle in Prince Edward Island.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2) Critical Worker Stream<\/strong><br \/>\nThis category is designed to resolve labour shortages and is open to foreign workers already in PEI with employment in specific critical demand occupations.
