The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.immigration.ca\/saskatchewan-immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program<\/a> (SINP) draw saw 98 invitations issued with scores ranging from 80 to 145 points.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Saskatchewan Entrepreneur Stream: July 19 Draw<\/h3>\n<table cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">Number of Invitations Issued<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">98<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">Average EOI Score<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">100<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">Highest EOI Score<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">145<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">Lowest EOI Score<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">80<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><b>Source: <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saskatchewan.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/www.saskatchewan.ca<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>A further draw is planned for January 17, 2018, so there will be another opportunity for those who miss this deadline.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.immigration.ca\/saskatchewan-immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Saskatchewan immigration<\/a>\u00a0Entrepreneur stream is a three-stage process:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Expression of interest<\/li>\n<li>Invitation to submit application<\/li>\n<li>Nomination<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>The expression of interest must meet the following minimum entry requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum net worth of $500,000 legally acquired.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years of entrepreneurial or relevant management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Investment of at least $300,000 in Regina or Saskatoon, or $200,000 is any other Saskatchewan area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidates enter a pool where they receive a score. The top scoring candidates are invited to submit an application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications must include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Establishment Plan confirming figures in expression of interest, and including at least one third ownership of a company in Saskatchewan, unless investment is $1 million or higher.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to be active in day-to-day management of business.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of two or more jobs for Canadian citizens or permanent residents if the business is located in Regina or Saskatoon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The SINP website says: \u201cPlease note that the SINP reserves the right to have Business Establishment Plans assessed by professional third parties identified by the government of Saskatchewan.
