Expression of Interest<\/a> system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The February 21 draw saw 199 invites issued to Labour Impact, Express Entry and Business Impact candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There were 29 invites issued to candidates under the Business Impact stream, with a minimum score of 117, matching the previous lowest recorded in February 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, 170 Labour Impact and Express Entry candidates received invitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which P.E.I. Critical Worker Stream?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This category is designed to resolve labour shortages and is open to foreign workers already in P.E.I. with employment in specific critical demand occupations. Business Impact Category<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work Permit Stream<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individuals applying under the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.immigration.ca\/prince-edward-island-work-permit-business-immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">P.E.I.
