already in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.immigration.ca\/express-entry-immigration-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">federal Express Entry Pool<\/a>&nbsp;for a provincial Critical Worker Stream?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This category is designed to resolve labour shortages and is open to foreign workers already in P.E.I. with employment in specific critical demand occupations. Business Impact Category<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work Permit Stream<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individuals applying under the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.immigration.ca\/prince-edward-island-work-permit-business-immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">P.E.I.
