Nova Scotia immigration has conducted two new draws targeting business candidates under the Nova Scotia Nominee Program streams for Entrepreneurs and International Graduate Entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

The lowest-ranked candidate scored 109 points.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meanwhile, the International Graduate Entrepreneur stream draw saw one candidate issued with an Invitation to Apply, scoring 68 points.<\/p>\n It was the 12th draw under the stream, with a total of 16 candidates invited to apply so far.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Nova Scotia Entrepreneur stream targets candidates with business ownership or senior management experience. They must live in Nova Scotia, either start a new business or buy an existing business, and actively participate in the day-to-day management of that business.<\/p>\n Under the Entrepreneur stream, candidates are first issued a temporary work permit before applying for permanent residence after operating the business for a year.
