Decision on renewal shall be finalized within 60 days.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.investmentimmigration.com\/portugal-immigrant-investor-minimum-investment-requirements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Portugal Investor Residence: Minimum Investment Requirements<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><a title=\"Portugal Residence Investor Program Documents Required &amp; Fees\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investmentimmigration.com\/portugal-residence-investor-documents-required-fees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Portugal Investor Residence: Documents Required\u00a0&amp; Fees<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Family Members Entitled to Apply Under The Scheme<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Conventional Relatives\n<ul>\n<li>Spouse<\/li>\n<li>Minor children and incapacitated children under custody of the couple or of one spouse.<\/li>\n<li>Adopted children of unmarried applicant.<\/li>\n<li>Adopted children of married applicant or by his\/her spouse where\n<ol>\n<li>such adoption was authorized by the relevant authority of the applicant\u2019s country of origin, and<\/li>\n<li>where such adoption has the same legal effects to those of natural children, and<\/li>\n<li>such a decision is recognized in Portugal;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Children of age dependent on one or both parents provided if the children are single and studying in a teaching establishment in Portugal.<\/li>\n<li>Dependant parents of applicant or spouse<\/li>\n<li>Minor siblings, under custody of applicant. Such custody must be by a legal decision of relevant authorities of the country of origin of the applicant and such order must be recognized in Portugal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Non-marital partnerships\n<ul>\n<li>Life partner where the partnership is registered as per law in Portugal or abroad.<\/li>\n<li>Minor, single or incapacitated children, including children adopted by life\u2010partner who has provided with the legal custody over the children.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Portugal Investor Residence Program Who Can Apply Under The Golden Residence Permit Programme?
