      National Development Fund Offer<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The threshold for the National Development Fund investment stream has been halved, from US$200,000 to US$100,000 for a family of up to four people, and from US$250,000 to US$125,000 for a family of five and over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Real Estate Offer<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      For two applicants making a joint investment, each party must invest a minimum of US $200,000 instead of US $400,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
