A report by Wealth X and Sotheby’s International Realty claims that the world’s Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Individuals have 10% of their collective wealth invested in real estate around the world, and are looking to further increase their investment in luxury real estate worldwide that would help them diversify their citizenship and residency options. With that in mind, the report recommends Malta’s citizenship program as an ideal investment for the world’s UHNW population.
